Tufenkian is excited to introduce the Kafkaz collection in collaboration with Clodagh.  These five new designs of Kafkaz by Clodagh lend themselves perfectly to subtle designs and serve as quiet, but elegant backdrops to sophisticated interiors. Artisans in Armenia weave the Kafkaz collection by using a Soumakh technique, creating a herringbone effect by knotting alternating rows in opposite directions. The line's five designs are named after grains - Kaljerra, Kasha, Sanduri, Farro and Durum - and come in natural wool colors in standard and custom sizes.  A great alternative to sisal, Kafkaz is equally comfortable in both causal and elegant installations and especially suitable for high humidity locations where pile carpets may be less appropriate.
