Tufenkian is pleased to announce the much anticipated opening of our new 8,000 square foot showroom this May 2008. This new space, located in the Pearl district of Portland, Oregon, was conceived by internationally renowned designer, Clodagh, and is on the street level of this popular Portland neighborhood. With its location and visibility, it offers the design community an exciting and convenient shopping experience.
The new Tufenkian showroom location will continue to offer a full collection of hand-knotted carpets woven from 100% virgin Tibetan and Armenian wool, as well as silk, in a variety of knot constructions in contemporary, transitional and traditional designs. In addition to our Core and Armenian Collections, Tufenkian offers the Designers' Reserve Collection, a collaboration between James Tufenkian and designers such as Barbara Barry, Kevin Walz, and Vicente Wolf.
The Tufenkian Showroom's inviting environment and knowledgeable staff will make it easy to select a carpet for immediate delivery or to design exclusive custom rugs for your clients. A full range of contracts, residential and hospitality services will be offered.
