Twenty years ago, Armenia’s third-largest city was devastated by a massive earthquake, leaving a large segment the population impoverished and marginalized to this day.  Through the Vanadzor Center for Human Rights Protection, the Tufenkian Foundation has been working to empower a generation that has known nothing but being forgotten to make their voices heard and provide for their community.
