Last month, Tufenkian’s Houston showroom introduced more than 50 guests to the cultures behind our Tibetan and Armenian carpets.  Master Weaver Mingyur Tsering gave live demonstrations of Tibetan weaving processes while visitors indulged in Armenian food and wine and enjoyed Armenian music.

As the event was also part of the Houston Decorative Center’s Fall Market Day, guests also had an opportunity to view both our Hurricane Ike Recovery Sale offerings and the latest introductions from our Designers’ Reserve Collection, which features exclusive designs by Barbara Barry, Clodagh, Mark Pollack, Kevin Walz and Vicente Wolf.
