Last year, Tufenkian’s Effervescence Truffle, was included as an item on the list. This year, one of the magazine’s “Five Perfectly Designed Homes” utilizes two Tufenkian rugs. The California home’s interior was completely stripped away and then re-designed by Barbara Barry in a mere nine months. In one of the home’s sitting areas, Barry used two custom-sized Tempo Opal rugs by Tufenkian to complement a plush daybed and walnut wall fixtures. Tufenkian has been partnering with Barbara Barry since 1995.
